Compliance with legal obligations: The client warrants that all information, materials, and assets provided to us are lawful and do not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
5. Payment Terms
Fees and Charges: All fees for services will be outlined in the contract or agreement with the client. Payment is required in full or as per the agreed installment plan before services are rendered.

License: The client grants Digi Motherland a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their intellectual property solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
8. Termination of Services

Performance of Services: While we aim to provide high-quality services that help the client achieve their goals, Digi Motherland Digital Marketing Services makes no guarantees regarding specific results, such as increased website traffic, sales, or rankings. Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
Third-Party Services: We may use third-party tools, platforms, or services (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to deliver services. We are not responsible for any disruptions, technical issues, or changes in the policies of these platforms that may affect the performance of campaigns.
11. Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Digi Motherland Digital Marketing Services harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Any breach of these Terms and Conditions;
Any legal disputes related to the client’s business, products, services, or campaigns;
Any third-party claims related to intellectual property infringement due to the use of materials provided by the client.
12. Modifications to Services and Terms
Digi Motherland Digital Marketing Services reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of its services at any time. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website, and clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
