If the service is canceled after work has begun, the refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Some services are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Consultation Fees: Fees charged for consultations or one-time assessments are non-refundable, as these services are provided at the time of engagement.
  • Completed Services: If a service has been fully rendered and accepted by the client, no refund will be provided.
  • Digital Products: Any digital marketing materials, templates, reports, or other digital products that have been delivered are non-refundable once they are received by the client.

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind scenarios after a service has commenced or been delivered.
  • Lack of Results Due to External Factors: Refunds will not be issued if the services delivered fail to achieve the desired outcome due to external factors beyond our control, such as client delays, lack of cooperation, or changes in external marketing conditions.
  • Failure to Provide Necessary Information: If the client fails to provide necessary information, content, or feedback that is critical to the timely delivery of the service, resulting in delays or sub optimal results, a refund will not be issued.

7. Charge backs and Disputes

We encourage clients to resolve any concerns directly with us before pursuing a charge back or dispute through their financial institution. In the event of a charge back, we reserve the right to dispute the charge back and provide documentation supporting our case, including the details of our service delivery and refund policy.
